Orlando Predators is the official foot ball league of Orlando and Orlando solar bears are the official league of ice hockey in Orlando. Orlando Marathon is one of the famous long distance running events which is included in endurance sports. The Orlando marathon is also called Walt Disney marathon as it is held in Walt Disney resorts and all the race arrangements are provided by Walt Disney resort administration. The race is basically meant for children, teens and the young athletes from all over the world are invited to take part. Many charity organization and social welfare NGOs sponsor runners in order to raise funds for their welfare activities. The income earned with this marathon is also spent on the rehabilitation of lost and orphans across the United States.
